Full time experienced Chef required with minimum level 2 catering qualifications.  Must have knowledge of all aspects of fresh food prep and cooking.  Must be reliable, flexible and keen to develop and train other members of staff with in the kitchen.  Menu design, planning and cost control will also be part of the requirements of the job role.
